Wheel hubs are heavy parts with precision surfaces. Poor packaging can damage bearing bores, seal lands, pilots, studs, ABS rings, coating, and machined faces. Rastgar's packaging approach is designed to protect the part during handling, storage, container loading, sea freight, inland movement, and warehouse operations.
Packaging is matched to the customer channel. OEM supply may require line side labels and returnable or customer specified packaging. OES and aftermarket supply may require branded boxes, barcode labels, batch codes, cross reference information, and warehouse friendly pallet structure.
