Rastgar Engineering Company's CNC Machining Division is equipped with advanced multi-axis CNC machining centers, CNC turning centers, vertical machining centers (VMCs), horizontal machining centers (HMCs), and dedicated production lines designed for high-volume, precision manufacturing of wheel hubs, brake drums, hub assemblies, steering knuckles, and other critical commercial vehicle components.

Our machining processes are driven by digital manufacturing technologies and optimized through advanced CAD/CAM integration. CNC programs are developed and validated using industry-leading CAM software to maximize machining efficiency, optimize tool paths, improve cycle times, and ensure repeatable dimensional accuracy across production batches.

Every machining operation is performed under controlled process parameters with continuous monitoring of critical characteristics, including dimensional tolerances, geometric tolerances (GD&T), surface finish, concentricity, runout, perpendicularity, and bore alignment. In-process verification and final inspection are conducted using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), precision digital metrology equipment, surface roughness testers, and calibrated measuring instruments to ensure compliance with OEM drawings and customer specifications.

Manufacturing quality is further strengthened through the implementation of APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and standardized work instructions, providing complete process control, traceability, and continuous improvement throughout the machining cycle.
