In order to deliver finished, cast and machined grey and ductile iron components to our customers, most of our casting production is machined in house in CNC environment.
Our Machine Shop is equipped with CNC Machining Cells for Production of cast and machined ductile parts to our customers' specification.
Machining Cells have been created keeping in view the specific technical and quality requirements of each group of components. Wheel hubs are machined on vertical CNC concept, ensuring the concentricity and flange pendicularity of the product. Similarly Steering Knuckles are manufactured for Toyota , on a state of the art machining cell with a BT-50 Horizontal Machining Centre at its core.
